Superman #141 Facsimile Edition, DC. One of the seminal Superman stories of the Silver Age, by Jerry Siegel, Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye, with a Curt Swan/Kaye cover. A landmark that established much of the Silver Age Krypton mythos. I’m guessing this was planned to coincide with this month’s Action Comics #1102, which does a modern take.

DC W.I.P. Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #1, DC. Frank Miller and Klaus Janson’s original art in 11″ x 17″ size. If you never picked up Graphitti Designs’ Gallery Edition, then this is a must-get. One of the most important comics in history presented in its most basic form, for the series’ 40th anniversary.

Green Lantern #39 and Justice League Unlimited #23 Lanterns Variants, DC. By Taurin Clarke and Dave Wilkins, respectively. Lanterns is an excellent show, folks. That’s all there is to that.

Your Choice, Snoopy Facsimile Edition, Titan. I had so many of these paperbacks when I was a kid. This one collects 125 strips from 1967, part of the series’ Golden Age.

V for Vendetta #1 Facsimile Edition, DC. The film version of Alan Moore and David Lloyd’s dystopian classic is getting a 20th anniversary, limited theatrical re-release in November, timed to Guy Fawkes Day.

Watchmen #1 Facsimile Edition, DC. And not for nothing, Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ dystopian classic begins its 12-issue, monthly Facsimile run this week too. (V for Vendetta #1 is just the single issue.)
