SUNDAY FUNNIES WITH KERRY CALLEN!

By KERRY CALLEN
This commissioned cover is a little more straightforward than much of my other work. The patron wanted me to create a cover showing how Ghost Rider would disapprove of such things like the “Billionaire’s Row” of towers in New York City.

I drew the black linework, including the logo and such, on Bristol board. You can tell if you scrutinize the lettering. But, in the age of AI, maybe it’s good to have some human-created flaws in our art.

The flaws are what is missing from modern art in my opinion. The fact you took the time to draw by hand the logo makes me enjoy the piece even more.
