It’s Halloween! Time for superheroes and scary monsters!

Quick, who’s Batman’s scariest villain?

The Joker? Sure, if you’re talking homicidal psychopathy.

The Scarecrow? OK, but that guy is seriously overrated (and overused).

Well, it’s Halloween — a time for costumed avengers and creepy creatures — so let’s go with Man-Bat, the cracked-mirror version of the Masked Manhunter, created by artist Neal Adams and writer Frank Robbins in 1970.
