13 COVERS: Winter Is Here!

Featuring DC’s bitterest, coldest villains!

DC doesn’t have a monopoly on icy villains but I’d argue it has the best to choose from.

Ya gots yer Captain Cold, yer Mr. Freeze (aka Mr. Zero) and yer Killer Frost, to name just three. So since it’s the first day of winter, dig these 13 COVERS from the Bronze and Silver Ages — with a Golden Age cameo thrown in for cool kicks.

Ice, ice, baby.

  1. The cover to Firestorm #4 (second series), not pictured here, was what made me pick that comic off the racks – Killer Frost plus the Justice League!

    Happy holidays to 13th Dimension!

  2. Cold theme villains are cool!
    I found Batman #308 in a Whitman/DC 3 Pack.
Batman #337 introduces The SNOWMAN. Always wondered how Conway and Thomas got away with a human female mating with a Yeti.
