Des Taylor’s The Blue Lotus Strikes was funded on Kickstarter and is coming soon — real soon. But for another advance taste of this sexy Sixties superspy sendup, dig all the variant covers (below) Dapper Des has produced. (Seven of them are 1-of-1 covers snapped up by a private collector in Hawaii.)

“Over 24 years in the making, this book is my love song to all those classic films and TV shows I grew up on and loved watching with my family, especially my late mother,” sez Des. “Matt Helm, In Like Flint, Man From UNCLE, Elvis movies, Star Trek, Sean Connery Bond, Batman ’66, The Green Hornet and many more.
