Coming in August…
Hey, DC’s unveiled another of its second-wave Super Powers variant covers, and this one features that Mistress of Mirth, Harley Quinn.
Check it out:
The ish — due Aug. 13 — is a Facsimile Edition of 1999’s Batman: Harley Quinn one-shot that brought the popular Batman: The Animated Series character into the comics mainstream. (She first appeared in a BTAS offshoot comic, which got its own Facsimile Edition, with a Batgirl Super Powers cover, earlier this year.)
The cover, as per usual, is by Jason “ToyOtter” Geyer and veteran artist Alex Saviuk.
This leaves only one more to be shown from the second wave of SP covers: Dick Grayson Batman on August 6’s Detective Comics #880. (We’ve already gotten the final one, to be pubbed in September, featuring Red Hood.)
