We’ve had quite a bit of Batman ’66 news over the last week, right?
For starters, we unveiled all six of the covers for Archie Meets Batman ’66 #3 and you can see each by clicking on the artists’ names: Mike Allred, Art Baltazar, Howard Chaykin, Veronica Fish, Franco and David Mack.
That was followed by the news that Diamond Select’s Adam West/Bruce Wayne mini-bust was being primed for release. (Click here.)
Then came word that Factory Entertainment’s remarkably detailed 1:50-scale Batcave model is ready to ship. (Click here.)
Phew.
And now there’s more: Archie and DC have released an unlettered preview of Archie Meets Batman ’66 #1, via SyfyWire.

I gotta say it’s a blast to see Archie maestro Dan Parent’s take on the classic Bat-characters — inked by J. Bone with colors by Kelly Fitzpatrick. (And, again, click here to see the other pages, which feature not just Archie and his friends in their go-go ’60s styles but Poison Ivy, as well.)
The series is written by Jeff Parker and Michael Moreci, with a multitude of covers by some of comics’ grooviest artists.
