Three of my favorite pop-culture books of the last several years are coming back to print: Jason Young’s An Old School Halloween, Power Trip, and The Wonderful World of Wax Wrappers.
Young, through his Oldtimes Digest label, is doing a limited re-release for each. The colorfully illustrated paperbacks cover Ben Cooper costumes, Power Records, and the art of trading-card wrappers, respectively.
“I’ve had people ask me over the years whether some of my older, sold-out books would ever be available again,” sez Jason. “Well, I’ve decided to bring back three of them. This will be a small print run, and once they’re gone, I can’t say when — or if — I’ll print them again.”
