The Detective Comics artist’s rendition will be ubiquitous this fall.
I’ve enjoyed the look of Detective Comics since Francis Manapul took over art chores with his partner in storytelling Brian Buccellato.
Now, he gets the nod for this year’s New York Comic Con poster, according to the New York Post:
Manapul even colored it, DC says. Nice.
Oh, and hey — Batman’s in New York — his original hometown!
