The new “season” of Batman ’66 hits print 12/23 — and the original Solo is along for the ride …
—
Batman ’66 the monthly is dead. Long live Batman ’66 the monthly. From here on out, we’re getting specials and miniseries and whatnot. Kicking things off is that fever-dream team-up of Batman and Robin and Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin. It’s a digital-first affair from DC, by Jeff Parker, David Hahn, Karl Kesel and the hopes and dreams of a generation of fans.
Naturally, there’s a brilliant Mike Allred cover … with the added bonus of an especially groovy Eduardo Risso variant that, yes, I will buy, thank you very much.
