EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK at the Final Two SUPER POWERS Variant Covers

Bring on the bad guys! Wait, what?

IMPORTANT FANCY NOTE: Clear your decks in November, Facsimile Edition fans: DC Comics has added seven such full-on reprints to its fall schedule — six in November, and an early solicitation for one in December. (And yes, there will be plenty more in December, but that news is about a month away.) Not just that, we have some BIG related news coming Friday! Now to keep it all straight, we’ve broken the selection down into multiple parts, because several of these demand solo treatment and exploration. You can find the links to everything at the bottom of this post!

1993’s Batman #497 and 1994’s Green Lantern #50 will be released as Facsimile Editions in November, and each has a Super Powers variant cover.

Dig this EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK at Bane and Parallax, by Jason “ToyOtter” Geyer and Alex Saviuk:

Buncha thoughts:

— These are the last two Super Powers covers in the third wave. The cancelled Black Canary cover is, however, still expected to be published. Just not yet clear when or where.

— Will there be a fourth wave? I’m reasonably optimistic.

— Dig the teddy bear, Bane.

  1. I love these covers. Just in case anyone from DC is reading the comments section, once they’ve created a critical mass of these images, I would love it if they collected them all in an oversized hardcover art book. I’m ready to hand over my money to them.
