Earlier this week, I wrote about DC’s refusal to allow the Superman shield to be emblazoned on a memorial statue of a little boy starved to death 12 years ago in Toronto. I believed strongly that it was a poor decision. I wasn’t alone. Social media and other sites were also in an uproar.
Thankfully, DC got the message, according to Todd Boyce, the guy who was behind the statue:
Great news! DC honours both Jeffrey’s family and its fans! After further review – Jeffrey will don the S shield!
