You can give yourself an anniversary present!

The Avengers #1 and The X-Men #1 were both released by Marvel on July 2, 1963 — in retrospect, one of the most important dates in popular culture, given that both teams have since achieved global prominence.

Well, here’s one cool way to celebrate the teams’ 60th anniversaries — Chronicle Books’ new postcard sets, each featuring 100 covers. The Avengers edition is available now and the X-Men version is coming this fall.
