The famed painter and the Final Frontier…
Back in the ’80s, I was a voracious reader of Star Trek paperbacks. What I didn’t realize at the time was how many covers were done by famed fantasy painter Boris Vallejo.
Well, with Vallejo’s 82nd birthday upon us — he was born Jan. 8, 1941 — I figured it was long past time that the artist got his own 13 COVERS birthday salute.
