Last month, organizers of the upcoming Batman ’66 exhibit at the Hollywood Museum announced a Jan. 10 VIP gala featuring members of the cast — but one name was conspicuously absent: Julie Newmar.

Today, however, it was confirmed by the folks behind the event that Newmar — the first woman to portray Catwoman — will be attending, along with Burt Ward, Lee Meriwether and other guest stars.

The gala is two days before the exhibit opens to the public Jan. 12 — the 52nd anniversary of the show’s premiere.
