Before the Hall of Fame artist-writer helped create Weird Science, MAD, Daredevil, THUNDER Agents, Power Girl, and Sally Forth, he started his career with romance. But the Vanguard tome is the first time these rare collectables have been available in a book.

Vanguard’s soon-to-be-released collection of NEVER-BEFORE-COLLECTED Wallace Wood romance comics has grown since originally announced. The page-count has been INCREASED to a whopping 200 PAGES!
The DELUXE slipcased edition is even bigger at 220 Pages which includes a 16-page original art bonus folio and FULL COLOR endpapers! Other enhancements since the book was originally announced include:
- The DLX cover is enhanced with Metallic Gold ink and a gloss lamination.
- The PB is enhanced with a Soft-Touch Matt lamination plus a spot high-gloss UV varnish.
- The regular HC has a gloss lamination.
In Torrid Romance fans get 200 pages of Wood comics, reproduced with great fidelity from the original artifacts, for less than the price of a single issue of the rare, original comics. Though the trade editions will be available everywhere, the Deluxe Slipcased edition is ONLY available from comicshops and from the publisher at www.VanguardPublishing.com
