The Daughter of the Demon makes time to play…

TwoMorrows’ Back Issue Annual #1, spotlighting the mag’s best Neal Adams features, is out now. We’ve been giving it quite the coverage — dig the links below — but we wanted close the circle with this sumptuous illustration of Talia, who wasn’t created by Adams, but was defined by him:

The illustration appears in the magazine and the original art was sold through Heritage Auctions back in 2013 for a mere $463.66, including buyer’s premium.
Here’s Heritage’s description:
Neal Adams Talia Illustration Original Art (undated). The daughter of Ra’s Al Ghul poses seductively sans most of her clothes, with a few bat-accoutrements to play with. A lovely specialty piece by the legendary Neal Adams, this would be a prize in any original art collection. The page measures 11″ x 14″ and the art is in Very Good condition with minor corner bumps. A certificate of authenticity, signed by Adams, is included.
