Marvel has three Facsimile Editions planned for January — and two are re-releases of previous, popular reprints: X-Men #4 and The Amazing Spider-Man #252.

— The third Facsimile Edition is Secret Wars #1. Click here.

— Magneto is dead but he’s gonna get better in January, hence this new edition. Prices and dates have not yet been released. (UPDATED: X-Men #4 is due Jan. 24. ASM #252 is due Jan. 31.)

Obligatory Price Comparisons: The first ASM #252 Facsimile Edition, released in 2019, recently sold on eBay for $25. An unslabbed original in nice shape recently went for $146. The first X-Men #4 Facsimile Edition, released in 2021, sold for $17.99. An unslabbed, pretty rough original went for $475.

  2. Secret Wars 1 will get a facsimile edition, hopefully issue 8 comes out this year too! Also Marvel needs to follow DC and start placing the UPC Bars on the back covers!
