NJ Croce, the bendable people, are branching ever outward this year.
For starters, we’ll be getting the first 8-inch bendable Batman figure, which will carry an introductory price of about $20. Look for more figures to come. What I like is that this is a poseable figure without any joints showing:
Another highlight was the Animated Series Batmobile, which is scaled for smaller figures that are in production. Expect this one to be priced in the same Batcave as the ’66 Batmobile, which runs about $30-$35.
The wheels don’t move because of licensing restrictions. But so what. IT LOOKS GREAT and this is only a prototype.
I also got a chance to check out more Animated Series characters, such as 5 1/2-inch-scale Two-Face, which will be out as a single soon.
