SUPER7 Teases Major BATMAN ’66 Reveal for SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON

HOLY ENIGMA!

San Diego Comic-Con is July 22-26 and, as always, there will be news coming out of the biggest comics convention of them all.

Toy company Super7 is teasing something related to the 1966 Batman TV show — which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year — posting this image on social media:

The image was accompanied only by these words: “Holy smokes! Burn rubber, Batman! #comingsoon #SDCC”

Super7 is best known for its ReAction line that homages the Kenner Star Wars action figures of the late ’70s and early ’80s, adapting the concept to a wide variety of licenses. But that’s not all they produce.

Whatever the reveal is, I hope they give out big cards with the image above, because that is downright groovy.

Let the speculation begin.

    • Hmmmm….”could be rabbit”. But I first read that as simply Robin’s excitement to get to the Con so it could be revealed.

  2. Maybe Batman ’66 figures in their ReAction + format, mimicing the articulation of the 80s G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero series?
