The infamous “Jenifer” is included, as well as Wrightson’s full-color story “The Muck Monster,” and adaptations of Poe and Lovecraft classics—such as the unnerving “Cool Air.”
This tantalizingly twisted tome is also topped with a new introduction by Bruce Jones—a perfect aperitif to begin a hearty repast of horror!

A few thoughts:
— The 144-page paperback from Dark Horse Books is due Feb. 3, 2026, and lists for $24.99. It measures roughly 8 3/8″ x 10 7/8″.
— There were four books in this series published years ago by Dark Horse — covering Wrightson, Alex Toth, Steve Ditko and Richard Corben. A Toth paperback is coming at the end of 2025, so it’s likely only a matter of time before we get the Corben and Ditko editions.
— The OOP hardcovers run up to around $100, depending on the artist. (Ditko can be found for as low as about $25.)
