Amazon was revealing the cover for a few weeks now. What’s odder is that it was about $15 cheaper than the BATMAN cover.

Man, look at how that arrow’s trajectory lines up perfectly with Ollie’s bow and stance. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen artists draw the arrows just coming vaguely from his direction. And that the trajectory of the arrow perfectly lining up with the lines radiating out of the lantern? *Chef’s kiss.* Just love the attention to detail that Adams had.

Had this. I was about 9 0r 10 years old. I have always considered this book as marking the end of the Silver Age and the beginning of the Bronze Age. (The Bronze Age ended with COIE.)
