NEAL ADAMS’ Classic DC ARTIST’S EDITION Gets Release Date

THE NEAL ADAMS CHRONICLES: Mark your calendars — and save your pennies!

Hey, it’s almost Christmas — so how’s this for a nice surprise? IDW has set a date for the Neal Adams Classic DC Artist’s Edition, which will feature some of the late master’s greatest original art.

The 232-page hardcover — which emulates the size of comic-book art boards — is due Sept. 10, 2024, according to online listings. It runs $150 and will have two covers.

So far, only this cover has been revealed, though I suppose it’s possible it could change as editor Scott Dunbier gets his hands on more art:

Speaking of, we’ve shown a number of the pieces that Dunbier has unveiled on Facebook.

Here are some more recent ones:

Scott’s wife Amanda

Keep in mind the book hasn’t been formally solicited by IDW yet, so the details could yet change.
