EXCLUSIVE: The 1989 graphic novel by Roger Stern and Mike Mignola is going back to print, in comic-book format…
Marvel only has one Facsimile Edition coming in September, but there is a reprint that’s in the same ballpark: 1989’s classic Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom: Triumph And Torment, by Roger Stern and Mike Mignola.
Why is that not a Facsimile? Because, for the first time, the oversize graphic novel will be presented in standard comic-book format, and with a new cover by Peach Momoko.

— With Doom dominating these days, I’m still hoping we get 1981’s Fantastic Four #238 as a Facsimile before Avengers: Doomsday comes out in December.

— Obligatory Price Comparison: An original hardcover in NM condition recently sold on eBay for $305. An original paperback in nice shape went for about $120. A 2013 trade paperback re-release in excellent condition sold for about $30.
