Scott and Dan pick the comics they’re most looking forward to…

Daredevil by Miller and Janson Omnibus, Marvel. It is really difficult to get this historic run in an inexpensive format these days. I’m not a big omnibus reader because I generally find them unwieldy, but the $100 list price is appealing, especially with the discount options at various book dealers. It wouldn’t surprise me if Marvel released the stories in Epic Collections or whatnot when the Disney+ show Born Again arrives in 2024, but I just don’t know if I want to wait that long to find out.

The Silver Surfer Epic Collection: The Return of Thanos, Marvel. Englehart, Starlin, Lee, Lim and Pollard. Nuff said.
—
Secret Identity by Alex Segura, Flatiron Books. Our pal Alex’s critically acclaimed noir set in the ’70s comics industry is out in paperback! Pick it up if you haven’t already!

DC’s Harley Quinn Romances #1, DC. This looks fun, but it was the Amanda Conner cover that sold me.
—
The Flash: One-Minute War Special #1, DC. It makes me happy that DC has recognized how good The Flash has been lately.

Captain Mar-Vell Omnibus Vol. 1, Marvel. This would be a good omnibus to have; these comics are rarely collected.
