FRANCO’S FREE-FOR-ALL FRIDAYS!

By FRANCO
Terrificon is this weekend. This marks my first time back at a show in a while. I haven’t left my home much in months and I know I’m going to be exhausted come Monday. It will culminate a week that’s been filled with caring for my mother and having some medical procedures of my own, as well as packing and getting ready for the show.
But… I’m excited.

I’ve got a bunch of new books that I’ve never had at shows before. I’m going to get to see a bunch of friends I haven’t seen in a while and I’m going to be at one of my favorite shows ever, which is at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. The guest list is huge for comics fans, and the celebrity guests are a great mixture of all nerd shows. My son Nic will be with me, and we’ll have a bunch of things that we’ve worked on as well.
I’m looking forward to just being out again. Being free to do the things I love to do.

Our illustrious leader here at 13th Dimension (Hi, Dan!) has used this pic I’ve done of Mr. Miracle (above) as an example of my “can do” spirit. This was a physical commission piece I did years ago.
I wanted to re-emphasize that “can do” spirit and decided to do an updated version. This one was all digital, though.
Thanks everyone!

See you at Terrificon!
