It’s SUPERMAN WEEK!

Celebrating Action Comics #1000 — and the Man of Steel’s 80th anniversary…

On April 18, 1938, Action Comics #1 was published.

If that doesn’t happen, chances are I’m not sitting here writing this and you’re not sitting here reading this.

Of course, somebody else might have come along and created America’s greatest myth — giving rise to the enormously influential industry that followed — but, no, it was those two kids from Cleveland, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

Superman has come to mean a lot of things to a lot of people and that’s what we’re celebrating this week at 13th Dimension — where some of the very best talents in comics are paying tribute to the Man of Steel.

So keep checking back daily at 13th Dimension — and bookmark this post because we’re updating it with fresh links as we go along.

Up, up and away!
