Perfect stocking-stuffer for that mutant in your household…

Marvel and Archie’s next digest — starring the X-Men — is out 12/13, and it’s got the usual mix of older and more recent reprints in the nifty, old-school style.
Marvel Comics Digest #4 features an array of mutant masterminds, including Chris Claremont, Dave Cockrum, Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Jeff Parker and Fred Van Lente.
Here are the issues collected: X-Men (1963) #4, 5 and 9; Uncanny X-Men (1981) #153; X-Men: First Class (2006) #1 and 2; Marvel Girl (2011) One-Shot; Wolverine: First Class (2008) #1 Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man (2005) #59. Cover? By Gil Kane and Cockrum, natch.
(Oh, and February’s Issue #5 will feature the Avengers again — but with a focus on Black Panther, who just happens to have a movie coming out that month.)
The 224-pager goes for $6.99 and will be in both comics shops (final order cutoff at your LCS is 11/20) and other retailers.
