And if you get one, you can get a $100 discount on the forthcoming Factory Entertainment Batcave model.

San Diego Comic-Con is coming in July, naturally, and Factory Entertainment has a pretty cool exclusive they’re set to unveil Tuesday 6/6: The first-ever official Gotham City 14 Miles sign that you can hang on your wall — or outside the secret entrance to your personal Batcave, local laws permitting.
But it’s even better than that. The signs are $20 each — but if you buy one, you’ll get a $100 discount if you pre-order Factory’s Batcave 1/50-scale model that’s due later this year. (More details below):
That baby is now expected to be in the $799 range, so $100 is a really nice discount, I gotta say. (Click here for more about the Batcave itself.)
Factory’s making the formal announcement Tuesday, but here’s what you need to know — whether you’re going to San Diego or not:
The signs can only be purchased from Factory at Booth #2647 or from the company’s website for pick up at the show — or shipping after the show. They’ll be making a small number available for shipping for those people who cannot attend, but it’s a limited number. The product will go live on their site on 6/6 and the details will appear at this link: Click here. (If you don’t see it at first, keep checking back.)
The signs will be limited to 1,000 pieces. Each sign purchased will come with a voucher for a $100 discount off the Batcave pre-order. It will look like this:
The voucher will have a unique code on it for the discount — and vouchers must be used to complete an online preorder through Factory’s website before 9/30/17. After that date they will no longer be valid. Why? Because they will be closing the pre-order window on 9/30 and setting the edition for the Batcave based on pre-orders received. This will be a miss-it-miss-out arrangement, my source at the company tells me. (From what I hear, no money will be due at the time of the pre-order and payment plans will be available. But check with Factory about that: Full details will be listed on their site at the appropriate time.)
It’s one voucher per pre-order and codes are unique so they cannot be shared, evidently. They can, however, be given as gifts.
Oh, one last thing: Factory will have a limited quantity of Batman ’66 badges available for free at their booth. You get one with every purchase (while they last) or if you sign up on-site to their email newsletter. (There are various Marvel and DC designs that will be offered different days.)
Phew. Sounds cool. Also, keep checking back at 13th Dimension because we have some pretty cool updates on the Batcave itself in the works.
