Our man Menachem is having his own event before NYCC…
… where you can meet the creative team behind Image Comics’ Shutter — writer Joe Keatinge and artist Leila del Duca.
Says, Menachem: “Leila will be sketching on special-edition issues of Shutter and bringing original art to marvel at while sketching and signing whatever you bring. Joe Keatinge, author of Glory, Tech Jacket, Morbius and (of course) Shutter, will be signing and sharing anecdotes.”
The event is Wednesday night 10/7 from 6 to 9 at Escape Pod Comics, 302 Main St., Huntington, N.Y.
Great way to get a jump start on New York Comic Con, I say.
