WILL EISNER WEEK runs March 1-7 and is designed by the Eisner people not only to shine a spotlight on one of the world’s greatest and most influential cartoonists, but also to promote comics as art.
Paul Levitz, Danny Fingeroth and Arie Kaplan will be at the New York Comics Symposium at 7 p.m. on 3/2 at Parsons The New School in Manhattan — and here’s all the info!
If you can make it, by all means do. Levitz, the former head of DC Comics, knows just about all there is to know about comics — and is producing the forthcoming Abrams ComicArts’ book: Will Eisner: Champion of the Graphic Novel.
