A BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE to June Tarpe Mills… A couple years ago, we did a birthday tribute to the late June Tarpe Mills, who was born Feb. 25, 1912 (and known professionally as Tarpe Mills). The 1941-52 Miss Fury comic strip was her claim to fame and in the piece, I noted that at some point in the future I might do a birthday celebration showing how other artists handled the catsuited heroine.
