This. I cannot wait for this.
Any week that has a Batman ’66 title coming out is going to make for a good Batbook week, but this time it gets trumped by Harley and Puddin’s honeymoon where nothing, I’m sure, will go wrong.
Can’t wait to see what sick and deadly gags Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti, Chad Hardin and co. have hidden up their sleeves!
Also on the Batshelves 9/24: Great week! The aforementioned Batman ’66 #15 comes out, starring Black Widow (preview some of it here!); Batman Eternal #25, which is slated to have art by R.M. Guera; the increasingly dark Batman Beyond Universe #14 from Kyle Higgins and Alec Siegel of C.O.W.L. fame; Catwoman: Futures End, from criminally underrated writer Sholly Fisch; aaaaand, if you’re spending the cash, there’s the Batman: Death of the Family book and Joker mask set. Plus, with Gotham premiering Monday on FOX, there’s the trade Batman: Gordon of Gotham, which collects the Jim Gordon miniseries that predated Gotham Central.
