The animated classic is having a moment…
Didja catch last week’s big news that Hasbro will be releasing an action-figure 3-pack based on the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon? You didn’t? Well, here it is.
Anyway, the show is having a bit of a moment around these parts. Des Taylor recently gave us his take on the classic 1965 comic story Never Step on a Scorpion!, which was adapted into an episode. Then, Dakota Alexander anted up with the cover of an imaginary comics series based on the program.
Turns out, Captain Action Enterprises’ Joe Ahearn was inspired by Dakota’s cover, which he’d seen before — and sent us this:
