Robert Vaughn has died at 83.

The actor, born Nov. 22, 1932, in New York City,  had a lengthy career with many credits on screen and stage, including 1960’s The Magnificent Seven and 1983’s Superman III. but he was best known to a generation as Napoleon Solo, the Man From UNCLE.
