Mad #47 just hit the stands Dec. 10. When I was told the theme for the issue was “the workplace,” I thought I should probably avoid doing my typical superhero-themed jokes. It seemed like an ill fit. However, I then thought, “But I LOVE drawing superheroes! Maybe I can make it work.”
I took a quick look on the internet and found common things people hate about their jobs, and the rest fell into place. Here’s an excerpt:
