Spider-Man is the one Marvel character Jack Kirby didn’t seem to have a feel for — except when he did.
Dig Kerry’s faux Marvel Masterwork Pin-Up featuring the art of the King, all colored and spiffed up:
“Here’s a fake pin-up that I inked and colored from some Jack Kirby pencils,” sez Kerry. “I’ve always been fascinated by how he drew Spidey. I was tempted to change some things, but who am I to ‘ fix’ Jack Kirby?”

Jack Kirby is in a league of great artists that can’t draw Spider-Man. Alan Davis, George Perez, Phil Jimenez, Gene Colan are also in that league.
