PIC FROM CATERS NEWS – (PICTURED: Clone trooper helmets.) Amid the excitement around the new Star Wars trailer, dozens of sought-after Star Wars memorabilia items have been snapped up at an auction. People were bidding for the prized possessions from a galaxy far far away at Astons auctioneers in Dudley, West Midlands.Bids were tabled online from all over the world and the most expensive item, a replica blaster rifle used by the bounty hunter Boba Fett, was listed between 400 and 600. The lot included signed plaques from the two actors to play Boba Fett, Jeremy Buloch and Daniel Logan, in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. There were between 150 and 160 lots in the auction, each containing hundreds of items from the original trilogy in the 1970s and 1980s and also the more recent prequel trilogy.
