EXCLUSIVE: A glimpse at a highly anticipated art book for the ages…
John Buscema. One of the greats. Simple as that.
Well, if you’re a fan of Big John (and who isn’t?) then there’s something especially groovy in store for you in 2022: The Art of John Buscema, from FPG — a 352-page coffee-table book that will knock your horned helmet off, based on the glimpse I’ve seen so far.
And hey, you get to see that glimpse in this EXCLUSIVE SNEAK PEEK:
The hardcover will list for $49.99 and is scheduled for the second quarter of next year. It will include “a detailed biography, several hundred pieces of art shot only from original artwork, and the inclusion of personal art he created for family members,” said FPG president Michael Friedlander. “The book will run as a chronological journey alongside John throughout his life, with lots of art that has never been reproduced before.”
Boy, that is worth waiting for.
