Look inside a Fashion Week model’s bag and you won’t always find gum, lip gloss or cigarettes — you could find a novel, or in the case of Giedre Dukauskaite, 25, a comic book.
“Since I was a kid, I was reading them and I always enjoyed them,” said the Lithuanian beauty who was spotted reading a Batman comic between runway shows at New York Fashion Week. “I didn’t see why I had to grow up.”
From comic books to memoirs to genre fiction, models …
