HOPE YOU LIKE IT: The Art of Dakota Alexander…

By DAKOTA ALEXANDER
Ever since I saw this special Hanukkah greeting card Jack Kirby made for his friends, I was intensely inspired to bring more light (so to speak) to superheroes who are Jewish.

So, as promised in my last column, and just in time for 2025’s Festival of Lights, which begins Sunday night, I’d like to share with you pieces I made in celebration of this wonderful time of year!
Here, we have my own attempt at our ever-lovin’ blue-eyed Thing — wishing you a Happy Hanukkah! (Dan spells it Chanukah.)

On a more brooding note, we also have the mysterious Moon Knight — lighting the first candle on the menorah.

Happy Hanukkah, everyone! May this Festival of Lights bring you peace and happiness!
Next week, I’ll be sharing a fun piece I recently finished that shows how my own comic character, the Hunter, gets into the holiday spirit!
Hope you’ll like it!
