Dan Greenfield, editor, 13th Dimension
Batman #1, DC. With Batman: Dark Patterns, Batman & Robin: Year One, and Batman: The Last Halloween all ending this fall, I’ll need a regular fix of the Darknight Detective. So what better time to test the waters on a revamped flagship series? Click here for a SNEAK PEEK, click here for the 1,000,006 covers, and click here for the groovy corner boxes. (There will also be big ol’ 11” x 17” versions.)

—
Batman #635 Facsimile Edition, DC. The first appearance of Jason Todd Red Hood and the final Wave 2 Super Powers variant cover. (Plus, the requisite foil and sketch covers.)

—
Sabrina, the Teen-Age Witch: Magic Unleashed, Archie. Good lord, Archie Comics isn’t going anywhere, folks. They’re just revamping the line. It’s the publisher’s 85th anniversary next year and a big movie has been announced. The classic digests went away and have been replaced by something else. It’s too bad. It is. But the sky isn’t falling. At least, that’s the word around Riverdale. Anyway, this one-shot is out this week. I’ll be getting the Dan DeCarlo classic-art variant.

—
Wonder Woman by John Byrne Omnibus, DC. For all you Byrne and Wonder Woman fans out there!

—
Alex Ross Timeless Variant Covers, Marvel. There are a whole bunch of new ones this week, including this terrif Havoc, which is on Magik #9.

—
Scott Tipton, contributor-at-large, 13th Dimension
DC Finest: Batman — Red Skies, DC. The Crisis Era days of Batman get a nice collection here, from writer Doug Moench with art by the legendary Gene Colan.

—
Daredevil Epic Collection: To Dare the Devil, Marvel. Frank Miller debuts and revitalizes the Man Without Fear!

—
Spider-Man ’94 #1, Marvel. Writer J.M. DeMatteis returns to Spidey with this revival/continuation of the ’90s animated series!

Dan adds: Can’t go wrong with this John Tyler Christopher action-figure variant.
