Scott and Dan pick the comics they’re most looking forward to…

Dan Greenfield, editor, 13th Dimension
Titans Annual 2025 #1, DC. I’m not reading Titans on the regular, but Donna Troy/Wonder Girl is one of my all-time faves, and she’s one of Phil Jimenez’s too. So since he’s writing and arting, and it sounds like it’ll be a tour of WG’s past, I’m gonna pay a visit to my old friend Donna (who was an early comics crush, I have to admit).

Nice Joelle Jones variant too:

—
Superman #1 Facsimile Edition, DC. Now in Golden Age size! With requisite foil and logo sketch covers. Neat.

—
Batman: The Long Halloween — The Last Halloween #8, DC. This ish’s artist is Becky Cloonan.

—
Scott Tipton, contributor-at-large, 13th Dimension
Justice League International Vol. 2: Around The World (2025 Edition), DC. Just the thing to buy for all your friends who just got out of James Gunn’s Superman and want to know more about Guy Gardner.

—
The Terrifics: The Complete Collection, DC. Just the thing to buy for all your friends who just got out of James Gunn’s Superman and want to know more about Mr. Terrific and Metamorpho.

Dan adds: This is also a cute, subtle dig at Marvel a week after Fantastic Four: First Steps came out. DC produced this series when the House of Ideas wasn’t publishing an FF book — you got your smart guy, your burly self-loathing guy, your stretchy guy, and a girl who can turn invisible. And if something — or someone — isn’t Fantastic, then they’re Terrific.
—
The Thing #3, Marvel. The return of Diamondback and the Wrecker? Sold.

—
Spider-Man Vs. The Sinister Sixteen #1, Marvel. This looks like a real hoot. Can’t wait.

—
What If Goofy Became Spider-Man #1, Marvel/Disney. I have no idea what to expect from this, but kudos for including the Beagle Boys.
