Scott and Dan pick the comics they’re most looking forward to…

Dan Greenfield, editor, 13th Dimension
The Avengers #8 Facsimile Edition, Marvel. Reprinting the first appearance of Kang the Conqueror! My son has a reader copy of this one and it sure would be nice to pick up a pristine facsimile.
—
The Amazing Spider-Man #19, Marvel. This month, the House of Ideas is rolling out No-Prize variants and that’s just groovy. (Black Panther #14 also has a No-Prize variant this week.)
—
Avengers: Kree-Skrull War Gallery Edition, Marvel. One of Marvel’s essential stories — in a size just a tad smaller than a Treasury Edition. That’s some big Neal Adams art you’ll get to see — not to mention the Buscemas.
Scott adds: Can’t wait to see all that Neal Adams and Sal Buscema art in a big, gorgeous Gallery Edition.
—
The Avengers: War Across Time #2, Marvel. Paul Levitz’s first Marvel series continues, with beauteous art by Alan Davis. The Avengers invade the Baxter Building! Willie Lumpkin! Excelsior!

Scott Tipton, contributor-at-large, 13th Dimension
DC Universe by Dwayne McDuffie, DC. We lost Dwayne far, far too soon. It’s great to see this collection of his DC work.
—
Miracleman: Silver Age #4, Marvel. It’s still amazing to me that Neil Gaiman and Mark Buckingham are finally getting to finish their Miracleman story all these decades later.
