IDW and the Library of American Comics to the rescue.
People often forget that as wildly popular as Superman was in comic books (and radio and film) during the Golden Age, he was also wildly popular in the newspapers, with a comic-strip readership in the millions.
Three volumes of these late ’30s/early ’40s strips have been published in the past but now IDW and Dean Mullaney’s Library of American Comics (with DC’s blessing) are picking up the ball, as they have with Superman’s Atomic and Silver Age strips.
Superman: The Golden Age Dailies — 1942-1944, which includes more than 800 daily strips collected for the first time, is due 3/22. The stories are written by Jerry Siegel and Whitney Ellsworth, with art by Joe Shuster, Wayne Boring and others. The book also includes the first appearance of Mr. Mxyzptlk (spelled slightly differently).

These have not been done before ever ? I am going to have to look on at the titles ! Thanks for the heads up. I just wish for my old eyes these were comixology available. I talked to the comixology team on two occasions at SDCC with IDW in the house about this. I was a fart in a windstorm.
