March 2026 will be a big vintage month for Archie Comics, with three publications that are all about the retro. Each deserves its own story, so you can read about the other two here and here.
This one is a real corker, and sees Archie going further into the variants game, as well as celebrating the Riverdale gang’s 85th anniversary — Archie Comics 85th Anniversary Presents: Betty and Veronica Pin-up Special.

A couple thoughts:
— Above are the variants. (“Open to order” means they are not incentive covers.)
— As a frequent collector of foil covers (usually retro ones), I think it’s a cool move that Archie is going down the road that’s been so successful for publishers such as DC and Marvel.
— You can always count on me to put money down for Dan DeCarlo art. He was the best.
