Isn’t fitting that one of comics’ all-time great horror artists was born this time of year? There are ghosts and goblins and all sorts of creatures of the night stirring in our imaginations right now.
Wrightson was born Oct. 27, 1948. For his 13 COVERS salute this year, we’re spotlighting Swamp Thing, of course. But we’re also including some of his other DC Comics Bronze Age brilliance, from House of Mystery and House of Secrets.
