Now I know how Pygmalion felt.

Some months ago, the DC folks sent me this picture and it was love at first sight:

DC Collectibles calls this the Infinite Crisis: Atomic Wonder Woman statue. But we know her real name.

She’s CHAINSAW WONDER WOMAN.

And she needs to be in more than an online video game. She needs to be in a movie. A whole bunch of movies. And a TV show.

This is the Wonder Woman of my dreams.

And DC, in their Infinite Kindness, sent her to me. Great Hera!

The anticipation …

Of course with all the schnorring, they kind of had to. I mean, they knew I was predisposed to giving a great review.

But I don’t care. Those eyes. Those lips. That warpaint…

Sigh.

… that CHAINSAW.

And it has a name. Aletheia. Do you know what Aletheia means? It means “truth” in Greek.

I cannot lie. I LOVE YOU.

That’s right.

IT’S THE CHAINSAW OF TRUTH.

I just can’t take any more of this. Enjoy the rest of these photos before my wife leaves me. Or has me committed.

Look at that definition! That’s ridiculous!

I don’t care what they call you. You’ll always be CHAINSAW WONDER WOMAN to me.

Chainsaw Wonder Woman — I mean Infinite Crisis: Atomic Wonder Woman — is scheduled for a Dec. 18 release and will set you back $125.

But she is worth every single penny.

This woman knows it.
