SUPERMAN ’78 and BATMAN ’89: The Ins and Outs of DC’s New Series

A Fire and Water Network podcast discussion of what fans might expect — and hope — to see this summer…

Longtime comics fans last week got to enjoy one of the grooviest announcements in a very long time — that DC will be publishing miniseries based on the worlds of 1978’s Superman: The Movie and 1989’s Batman.

You can click here for our index of all the news, details and views we’ve published so far, but we have one more to add for the time being — a detailed discussion of the projects on The Fire and Water Podcast Network.

I had the pleasure of joining hosts Rob Kelly and Chris Franklin — a couple of pals and 13th Dimension contributors — on the latest episode of FW Presents, the network’s anthology series. (Rob and Chris host the ever-popular Superman Movie Minute and Chris also co-hosts Batman Knightcast.)

You can click here to check it out because we look at each project from just about every angle, diving into everything we know — and looking ahead to new revelations.

It was a real gas and I imagine you’ll dig it, along with the rest of The Fire and Water Network’s remarkably entertaining and informative programming.

Right on.
