Just about the highest compliment I can give an artist is, “Damn, I’d love it if he were on Batman full-time.”
So it is with Chris Samnee. I just… man.
Samnee’s one of the few modern artists to get the IDW Artist’s Edition treatment and there are few working today who deserve it as much. His work on Daredevil was not only stellar, it was a run for the ages. I mean, check out this video:
